Bluebyrd's third album 'Song and Dance' is out now on CD and on all online platforms - It's not a lockdown album, far from it, but a few of the songs are born out of the feelings that we went through at that time: the search for certainty in an uncertain world, the need to cling onto something meaningful, the dream of escaping to more uplifting places, enduring as well as obsessive love, music's intoxicating and healing nature, and getting your voice heard in an over-saturated online world.
Mike Davies wrote in FATEA Magazine
"Five years on from their debut, they've grown into a hugely accomplished folk force...this is a hugely listenable album that fully deserves to expand awareness and following as it filters out into the world."
"Song and Dance is in many ways an impressive album that deserves attention. The twelve songs are intelligent, with well-constructed lyrics and serious points to make. Well worth a listen." Graham Brown - Folking.com
Chris Rowley on guitar and vocals and Gareth Pask on keyboards.
